What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, work in the same way. This policy covers both, in line with the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
How we use them
Strictly necessary: needed for the site to work, such as remembering your cookie choices. These do not need your consent.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies unless you choose "Accept all" or switch analytics on in your preferences. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.

Our booking calendar on the Contact page is provided by a third party and may set its own cookies when it loads. Please see that provider's privacy notice for details.
Changing your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. If you withdraw consent, we stop Google Analytics and remove its cookies from your browser. The rest of the site keeps working normally.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
